I didn't get his info. I was rolling around on the pavement then in an ambulance. I'm just trying to understand why they wouldn't include it in the report. Is this normal practice? I've never been in an accident bad enough to need witnesses, so this is new to me. I do have both officers names...

I had a witness tell the entire story to two police officers at the scene. I pick up the accident report, and there is absolutely nothing under the witnesses box. I recall seeing the officer writing something down while my witness explained the story...maybe he was just doodling? They didn't...
