What's the best way to clean the wind screen to not scratch it? I know these things are super easy to scratch even with a microfiber cloth. Tips on this would be very helpful.

There isn't an automatics but its almost always 50/50 as determined by the insurance company. As someone stated, unless you have photographic evidence and witness then its hard to prove otherwise.
