...and i'm willing to bet the redflagdeals lot are many of those purchases, and will try to resell at a huge premium due to inavailability.
such a ****** phenomenon these days.
I thought the same thing when i sold my 08 a4 in favour of a 01 540i (back in, say, 2006). POlicy was way more expensive, and the insurance co said it was because the newer car was much safer in comparison. And it wasnt just a couple bucks per year either...
Id only feel worried to the point of running a camera for my safety if i was doing something questionable on the regular.
I don't run flip plates, I don't ride like a menace - i speed here and there and my exhaust may raise eyebrows depending on how i push, but by no means am i worried of being...
what's the point then? you're just doing it to look like complying with the rules.
the masks are to stop you from spitting on surfaces/people. Your helmet isn't closed at the bottom so all your moisture is able to get out.
But really, what else did you expect them to do in this case? You have proof of the person who did it, and you provide that for the accident report. Unsure if you can see the plate, but your insurance is about comprehensive coverage. Unsure what else the police would do.
For the cost of the protector vs the likelihood of replacement damage, you could buy a new rad for as little as 125 dollars.

Same - when I do my long runs, I keep a rain shell in the saddlebag.
I have a scorpion jacket that has like 30234502345293023058234905 liners inside, but to secure/remove them is more effort than my shell.
Same with my JRocket pants - just dry fit underneath if on long runs, and the outer...
it will just be an annoyance - honestly, who looks around when car alarms go off these days? The thieves will simply pull it into the van in 10 seconds, and deal with the siren in there until someone rips it out or disconnects the battery.
I agree to a degree why free help is getting harder to find - this is a 'diagnosis' in any shop that's chargable and they're losing money.
Similarly how people go into bike shops and try on x amount of gear and ask sales staff for assistance etc, only to go buy it online for a few bucks less...
