Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

That’s cheating. Since I got it I’m at 1.8, so I’m sure I’ll be able to get it below 3.00 but not sure how much below that I’ll be able to go. Maybe 2.5 after a few more years.

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

Lifetime fuel consumption is down to 3.60L/100km from 4.22 when I got the car last May. Should be below 3 in about a year?!

    Learning a track fast?

Like others have mentioned, find a good on-board video. I’ll add that it should be from a car. I watched the same video of Tremblant maybe 50 times before riding it. By the time I actually got onto the track I already knew the layout. Very helpful for tracks like Tremblant, Bogie, Mosport.

    Need SUV tires

That’s pretty much exactly what complaining is. Yes, i complained about lots of things with my F250.

    Need SUV tires

Uhhmmmm. Ok. Coming from LT rated 35s on my F250 to my Volt... I love how cheap tires are (and everything else is) on a car.

    Need SUV tires

^^ this guy! Owns a Jeep on mud tires and complains about how expensive the tires are. What’s next? Guy who buys a Hemi Ram then complains about fuel consumption?! What a time to be alive.

    Oil Change dilemma?

Start it and let it warm up before draining the oil. That being said, if you’ve only done 2500km since the last oil change I wouldn’t bother doing it at all. Just ride until the next oil change interval.

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

I get the idea of having a cap so that $100k EVs are ineligible for the rebate because that’s just stupid. I would also support the idea of having a bigger rebate on a base model. It seems like the $45k was a bit too arbitrary, like they didn’t do any research to see what MSRP is on the...

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

In the example of the Kona, sure. I’m skeptical of MSRP bring reduced by thousands just to get under the price cap. But who knows?!

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

There aren’t many eligible cars under $45k. The Kona EV is $45,500. The base model Bolt is one of the few.

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

But there’s a seemingly arbitrary cutoff of $45k for those rebates? Anyone have a good write up of the EV incentives?

Driving in Poor visability...wake up people !

It’s always baffled me that the use of turn signals is not mandatory. I do it without even thinking, it’s just muscle memory at this point. There is no logic gate to go through. Always signal. While we’re at it, let’s educate the drivers who have their high beams on... all... the... time.

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

TG&M had an article stating there would be EV incentives in the upcoming federal budget. Haven’t read the article because it’s behind a paywall. Can’t find the info anywhere else.

Looks like the motoE fleet has been destroyed in a garage fire at Jerez. It’s doubtful that the class will ready for their scheduled debut during the Jerez round. Disappointing.
