New tires for new season 2020 - options, supplier, installer

I did my first ever tire change myself last summer. 2 spoons, zipties. I guess I'm above average yay. Holy hell it was painful to talk off 7yr old Dunlop rear. I'd imagine younger the tire is, easier. So next time I hope it'll go better. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

Seeing all these pics, I'd love to have a cube van converted to a camper that can also carry a bike inside. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

    Getting ready for the season

You also get used to it and also depends on what's going on. Day 3 of IF today. Sure I was hungry but I could bear it. Also had a meeting till 12:30 and I just finished eating. I always eat the same thing, same amount for lunch, and I feel fuller than yesterday. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using...

    Engine oil filter

I stocked up on like 6 HF filters, actually the same model. Used 3 of them so far and I honestly don't know how they perform. How do you tell? I have no leakage and oils always dirty (as in not honey colour) when I change it. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

    Secondary driver for wife

Which insurance Co was that? Also to throw in another question, if I want to move all policies under me, I'd have to transfer ownership on Car B (wife's) to me? Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

    Getting ready for the season

I did IF for a bit in the past and it worked for me. I'm starting it again and my fast period is from around 7pm to 11am. What helped me when I started was that orange metamucil powder (sugar free). It helped me with the transition. Plus poop looks and feels better. Don't take too much though...

    Secondary driver for wife

I've been reading up some posts and articles online regarding how primary & secondary driver (or rider) works, but it seems to me, I was provided wrong information from whoever I talked to at TD Meloche Monnex. Wondering what really is true. I have Car A, with policy under my name. I have Bike...

Anybody tired of the Teacher's Strikes?

Huh, maybe I have ADHD. But then again, I was never tested for it and my mom's discipline, though at the time sucked, seems to have worked. I think. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

    No-fault isn't working for motorcyclists

You do inform your employees though right? Cuz if you don't, you're just a bad employer. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

Anybody tired of the Teacher's Strikes?

I can relate. Went to school in an Asian country until grade 6. Teachers beat kids for discipline and grades are out in the open. My mom was a middle school teacher who beat her students at school and me at home for discipline and out of line behaviours. It's an accepted practice (or it used...

    Foot wear

I didn't get them for waterproofing, though some reviews say they are good and some say it's only ok. There are gaiters so its not completely open while unzipped. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

    Foot wear

I have a pair of beginner track oriented boots (sedici ultimo) and another pair of sneakers looking ones from cycle gear brand, Bilt. I've been using them for about 5 years now. Both are fine, but the short sneaker looking "boots", while comfortable wouldn't have done anything to protect my...

    Trailer noob

Holy... Just finished installing the hitch. Took way longer than I thought, about 2 hrs. All the crusted salt stuff falling on my face wasn't fun. Frigging thing was heavy and didn't occur to me to use a floor jack to help lift and balance until like 5 tries. The hitch height is around 10...

I might take up your generosity. This one has 1.25"x1.25" square receiver. I need to install it first to see what I have for the height. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

Did some more research and ordered harness kit specific to my car. Mines a manual transmission and I'm good at granny driving. Might even finish an audiobook travelling to and from Ottawa. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk

    Trailer noob

The drz is supposed to be around 320 lbs. Amazon, surprisingly had the lowest cost for my model. Same ones cost more at Uhaul and several other places. Currently not looking to buy a trailer as I have no space. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk
