Good question. There used to be some good places to do it but now it's a veritable desert for off-road west and northwest of the GTA. They've blocked off the old Lockyer's Pit in Orangeville, though I still see the odd kid coming out of there with a motocross bike. That place was primo for...
I dunno, I just checked Snopes. Seems it has been going around for awhile with an American and Canadian version. Snopes calls it 1/2 true. Still, it wouldn't hurt to check next time you get fuel for the lawn mower/snow blower.
Anyone ever see this email message? Haven't tried this, but I think I will. I always thought gas pumps were checked and calibrated routinely. If I can go by this information, 1 in 10 is ripping me off.

You only have to do the math. $2000/mo for a decent apt. $7000/yr to run a vehicle. $500/mo for food. Toronto is a crime-filled, low-wage, exploited immigrant dump. If I was young, I wouldn't stay.
Not just an election coming. Min. wage workers are leaving Ontario for places they can survive. If you notice signs up everywhere for $15-$22/hr. but few takers. Southern Ontario companies don't pay a living wage. I was listening to some idiot from the "federation of independent small...
