Amsterdam British Dark Mild.
Nice nutty, roasted malt flavor.
Silversmith I Can't Concentrate orange Hefeweisen.
Wasn't a fan. The orange was too bitter.
Chronicle brewing raspberry/cherry gose.
Nice and tart. Lightly soured and nicely salted.
Was VERY tasty.
5 Paddles Jump the Pumpkin Shark Imp pumpkin milk stout.
Flavors of peanut powder and nutmeg.
Medium body. Creamy mouthfeel.
A little on the sweet side for my tastes.
The collective arts are $6 each for short cans.
Available from the online shop and in the brewery.
4 different variations done this year in collaboration with 4 different breweries from around the world.
I've drank 3 of the 4 so far, and all have been well worth the price.
Rainhard Lemon Meringue Sour - was NOT a fan. Tasted like melted halls cough drops to me.
Collective Arts Heart of Darkness x Mikkeller.
Fantastic!
11.3%. peanut and almond aromas leading into black espresso.
Super creamy, and not boozy considering the high ABV, and bourbon aging.
Collective Arts Heart of Darkness w/marshmallow, cinnamon, cocoa, and lactose. Aged in whisky barrels.
11.6%
It was VERY good.
The Whisky aging seems to have cut the syrupy sweetness of the beer.
Not overly boozy.
Hit up the grand opening of the Collective Arts Toronto brewpub last night.
Very nice space.
Picked up all 4 of the Heart of Darkness collab beers to go, and enjoyed the Raspberry Dry Hop Sour on the patio.
...bonus, my buddy just got hired on there as the head brewer, so I see myself...
I have not had that one before...
I just had the Muddy York x VQH Farms Twin Whiskers DIPA.
Nice citrus notes, a little resinous and piney.
...typical hazy (lazy) IPA, but it was enjoyable.
Nicklebrook Zap Blackcurrant.
Nice tartness, the berry comes through. Very refreshing.
Nicklebrook Blackberry Mint Uber.
The Blackberry is def there, i didn't get any mint.
Nice and sour, but the raspberry is still my fave.
Same really.

Free lunch at SMP days which is a nice little bonus as well.
SMP will ask you AT registration which group you want to ride in vs. picking ahead of time...
Colangelo grocery store in Scarborough.
They often times have fresh, and delicious Burrata, and they always have Prosciutto di parma.
Cut that cheese open, a little black pepper and olive oil on top, with the Prosciutto, = a match made in heaven...
Back from the tap takeover!
Started off with the Peche classic.
I always forget just how phenomenal this beer is...
Then had the bourbon barrel aged version.
It was good, but the aging didn't really add anything other than an overpowering boozy flavor.
Then had the cassis variant.
