Ya from what i seen the cbr 125 got fuel injectors pretty early. I really wanted a fuel injected bike. Just less problems from what i seen.

2007 is fuel injected. Don't know what that means to be honest.

I got it off penetrating oil did the job! Came off pretty loose after I let it sit. I ended up getting a practically brand new full TYGA performance system for $200 only had to drive 2 hours but I say it was worth it. It sounds like a totally different bike so nice!

I'm going to do that put penetrating oil on and just let it sit untill I get my exhaust tomorrow.

What would be a good way to apply cold just ice?

I don't think I would want to put a flame near there to be honest. I've tired knocking it with a hammer won't seem to budge really.

So now I'm pretty sure that whole brown ring comes off but it's still jammed I tired hitting it with flat head, hammer it won't budge.

But I don't want it or pieces falling in the engine

Ya I'm pretty sure the grey rusted ring around is connected to the block.

I'm pretty sure the black part it part of the pipe.

That's before I took it off the bike.

I can get a grip of it on one side of the pipe the other side can only close on the engine block.

My downpipe on my 2007 cbr 125 busted. I'm buying a new one tomorrow but as I went to take it off I noticed there's a chunk that's really stuck and I really have no idea what to do. Any advice would be appreciated!

It is pretty cool now I know for the next one too. Saved alot of money with all the stuff I did too.

Oh ya the problem was it stalled evertime the throttle was completely released and had very hard time starting after that. Always had to have throttle applied. Has not happened since the adjustment and bike rides better than ever. Valves were definitely the problem. Thanks guys I really...
