Messed up my lower back severely last Friday rushing through my workout at the gym. Mostly recovered now. What helped was heat pack and the following simple core excercises: They really make a difference. Provide relief rightaway.

Bottomline seems to be majority who take this course do have vehicles that can easily reach highway speeds. Obviously RTI is not doing its part in filtering these folks out. It's a cash grab for them and perhaps no one, who can make a difference, has caught on to it ... yet

Any litre or 600cc sport bike or even 650s for that matter. Atleast SSs are tame in lower to mid RPMs. Nakeds are unforgiving from the get go.

Motorcycles don't have a book value. It's always blank on the UVIP. However, random checks are performed where the MTO will send out letters to both the buyer and the seller, asking the price the vehicle was bought and sold at. If the prices doesn't match, then be prepared to pay the taxes back...
