It's not about reducing the number of collisions, they get put in knowing that the number will increase. It's about severity, you'll have more minor, and fewer severe collisions with a properly built roundabout. If the drivers know how to use one properly...and signal...and... ;)

You make generalities about people you don't know. Some of the people here that think this was a bad idea can easily ride the wheels off.
You want to lane split? Fill your boots, but don't ***** if you get a ticket, or a collision.

1) I had a night job, so availability was / is an issue
2) The last ride posted here was last June, and I was between bikes then.
3) I'm allergic to herding cats, and lack of availability generally translates...
