Nice. I should have a new machine to share with everyone early next week. The question will be, do I keep both bikes or sell one? I’ll have to spend some time on them both to really decide. I know I’ll likely have to drop one. I want to keep both. Just doesn’t make sense to have a hobby car and more than one bike on the road. I still work for a living and only have so much time in a day. 
I reread this sentence multiple times and still don't understand it.

If the two bikes are in the same class, definitely get rid of one. If different classes, definitely keep both.

Correct - sell the hobby car. My M3 has been collecting dust since I stopped driving to work daily, and any time it's nice enough to take it out, it's nice enough to ride one of the bikes. Same reason I never bought the C8.
A few grand more than a grand, but you can probably pick it up about 4pm TODAY!

Much as I really want it, it probably isn't even in the top ten list of bikes I want but can't afford.
If I did win that auction, first thing I'd do is take a hair dryer to all those horrible stickers plastered all over that bike. Why do people deface works of art like that?!?
Dint ya know?.......each sticker adds 5-10HP..........

Certainly after a motorcycle purchase, I always feel a slight tinge of melancholy knowing that the lightening of the wallet means the closing of doors and possibilities to other bikes.
But then, after "BRAAAAAAAP!!!!", that feeling pretty much disappears entirely...
