I deal with one company that adopted the 4x10 week and teams alternate Mondays and Fridays to have 5 day coverage. Productivity improved, moral improved, employee retention improved and people are thrilled to have an extra day in their week that they own in whole. It makes perfect sense but I don't think it will catch on as I hope.
