Which bike to rent in Vancouver?

In a couple weeks I am visiting Vancouver and will be renting a motorcycle. I want something that is smooth/comfortable for the passenger as my wife had a surgery a few months ago and is still a little sore in her stomach. She said definitely no to a Harley as she still remembers the vibrations of the Road King I rented last year in Mexico.

Passenger comfort is critical in this decision.

I'm between:

Honda Goldwing F6B ($217)
BMW R1200RT ($236)
Yamaha FJR1300 ($236)
 
We rented an RT for 8 days touring in Spain a few years ago. My wife was very comfi on the back and I was impressed the way it handled for a big bike. I haven't ridden the others, but I can say that we loved the RT. Are you looking at the older air cooled model (what we had) or the new partially liquid cooled version?

What's your route? The milage limit isn't very helpful for the long rides =(
