Pictures of scantily clad women with motorcycles.
No business name.
Misspelled "insurane".

Seems legit.

Anyone know what's up with these guys? Seems like it has to be a scam of some kind. I can't imagine any legitimate business person is throwing up ads like that.

Believe it or not, it's a State Farm agent.
Oops, my bad. Some State Farm guy had an ad with a pic of two bikini girls under a State Farm race tent. Not the same guy that's on kijiji now.

"You lost 15 friends on motorcycles? and you have only been riding since 2008? was this a group ride that fell off a cliff or are you being serious?"-ZX600

This is the one I saw, but there are a bunch that are essentially the same thing with the same phone number. I did a quick Google search and nothing legitimate came up, just some other forums and sketchy sounding domains.

I wouldn't feel comfortable calling whoever is at this phone number, giving them personal info including the address where I keep my sportbike.

Sad thing is there will be people who will fall victim to this type of scam. they print you up a fake "pink ins slip", then as stated they have all the details on your bike. Then they themselves can now steal, or sell that info to a gang of bike thieves. They won't know they have been scammed till they try to file a theft claim.

There was a few people busted a couple of years ago here in the GTA for selling fake insurance slips for cars. I bet if you call these guys there is no monthly payment plan available. Of course they will say that your getting such a great deal they require the year paid in full..

Ha I wonder if State Farm know's he's doing this. Should forword head office his add. Wonder how long before they give him the boot.

Can't he be a real estate agent AND an insurance broker??? I don't believe that one is exclusive of the other.

Not condoning anything here, or agreeing with his tactic but I don't see an issue being a broker and a realtor. Man is trying to make $ and if that's his method then what's the issue?

I got my insurance this year through the bank of Nigeria, just send them your account number and PIN, easy, convenient.

If he works for state farm then he isn't a broker. If he doesn't work for state farm and he is a broker than RIBO would not take kindly to him being a broker and real estate agent.

I wouldn't say its "so important" to me, but when I see a guy advertising insurance and he can't even spell it properly, it makes me curious as to who he is and what the hell he's thinking.

Don't take it personally. I had a laugh at it myself when I found his website. Meant it more as a joke. I know you don't really care.
Someone call him and figure it out?

Remember the guy who was done a few years ago offering cheap insurance he wasnt licence to offer. He would send you legit looking insurance slips etc. Everything looked legit apart from that he wasn't licensed to insure.

Id nearly call and ask for his insurance broker number.

Then use this engine to see if hes legit
