I have a soft spot for the old 900RR Fireblades, it was my second bike to replace the ex500, was way too much power for my not even a season of street riding, but was a blast! Super predictable, except for my multiple pushes to the gas station, had a huge couch of a seat, even the back seat was big and it had tons of storage room! No stupid ABS or kill the fun traction control, just all the power all the time! Even the insurance was "cheap" $1500/year (10 years ago for a 20 yr old)

Whats your fav two wheeled girl from the past?

The one I have had for 3 or so years ... 1991 FZR250R ... It needs work every now and then, but keeps me happy for about 3000 kms a year.

1998 Blackbird, the fuelie came out the following year. Want to buy another one eventually but only the 97-98 carbed version.

Real bikes have carbs and points. ;)

I guess I'd have to go with the Buell Cyclone. 1203cc over, get this, 1 carb and, are you sitting down, pulled by a cable! Does it get any sicker than that?

Never ridden one, but I want a ZRX

Seeking clarification on the ambiguity in the title - is this thread for loving people who are against nanny assisted bikes? Or does the thread oppose bike lovers who were assisted by Fran Drescher?

Do you have a story about Fran and her nails on a chalkboard voice?

They're comfortable and go pretty good (1200), kept up with my 04 zx10 untill 7000rpm. The suspension is a bit soggy and your arms act like a sail as with any naked bike.
