Nah - roomer has it that only d-bags wear those vests. I'm talking about the leather vest with a crew logo on the back.

I heard there can be territory issues. But I'm not looking into doing anything illegal. Just a bunch of guys and girls that enjoy riding, being out and about and doing some charity work around the community.

No specs on bike / age / gender / race / etc. Basically anyone on two wheels. Scooters don't count.

Okay care to explain. Your can start a club that way you don't have legally register them or anything. Or are talking about the colours issue? - Retracted

There is apparently allot i didn't know about this. Although your legaly free to start an MC other groups might not agree.

You're better off with an RC.
Starting an MC needs major research before you get in sh**.
Not only the big dogs run the MC world but also you get bad attention from the Police.
Starting an MC requires you to rep the territory, or having MC on the back requires you to seek approval from HA.

No, no it doesn't. HA wouldn't give a **** about a club like this. They try to control clubs that could possibly horn in on their business. Not just any group with a bike and a secret handshake. Lol

Actually cranks reply got me doing some reading. They might give if a **** if your using Red and White in you club colours or if you have MC in your name. Most of the reading seems to be aimed at the states were there is more 1% club activity tho.
