Car and bike - which companies offer the best rates and discounts

I have a chance to be given a manual civic that's in pretty good condition for pretty much free. It's been sitting for 1 or 2 winters but the previous owner who was a mechanic isn't looking like he's coming back to canada. I was paying about

My question is which companies specifically will give me preferred rates for car and bike policies? I was with SF but I heard they give ridiculous rates on cars and bike savings is about 40%. I'm going to give desjardin a ring as I found both their car and bike policies might not be that bad. I was paying about 3300 for my bike alone, and I figure if I can pay about 100 more a month for a car I could accept that.

According to the link they don't discount for car and bike policy, but I'll give them a call anyways tomorrow and report back.

StateFarm has terrible car rates and even their bike rates are only good for super sports. Only decent rates I've gotten for them was renter's insurance on my apartment.
