Mr Dumbass, that is clear. The point is, what sort of authority are you to determine what law is correct or not.

Ah
Fraud as a tax protest.
Yeah sure.
Since we're cherry picking here, why not save some real cash by stealing the bike, stealing a set of plates... oh and with a stolen bike there is no point in having insurance.
Think of all the money you save.
Cool lets start cherry picking what laws to follow. Apparently that's accepted.
I used X Copper to fight my Careless Driving charge and we won that.
I recently got a speeding ticket for 20 over the limit. Cop reduced it.
This is my Correspondence with X Copper.
ME
I recently got my first speeding ticket for 20 over on my motorbike.Curious to know what my options are. This was a 70 zone
Location Westbound on Gardiner expressway off ramp to lakeshore blv. Looked like a 100 zone.

The prosecutor can ask for the charge to be amended to the original speed. We can still attempt to have the matter withdrawn or reduced further. If those options are not available, we will then enter a guilty plea as is so the prosecutor cannot bump the ticket up to the original charge.
Please advise how you would like to proceed.
If a lower UVIP is declared what legal implications does this have?
If a bike is totalled how do the insurance companies value the bike? Could a low uvip value possibly lead to a discrepancy.
Guy selling me bike is also afraid to declare a lower value
Just put a deposit, if I have to pay tax on full value.. my have to reconsider and go with a 09 instead of a 10
It should be the way houses are taxed. New house pay HST. Used house no HST. NEW Car and Bikes HST paid. Used no HST.

noun
noun: hypocrisy; plural noun: hypocrisies
1.
the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform; pretense.
Dont see your point. Obviously I investigated this option and analyzed both options. Did I say I wanted to evade taxes?
If I could not afford the tax at the time, I was willing to go with an older model.
Since when is it wrong to seek advice from a paralegal regarding my options?
So if you didnt attempt to "evade taxes" then why would you say that "Guy selling me bike is also afraid to declare a lower value" ?
You broke several laws...you come on here knocking on everyone who tries to save a buck on hst yet you attempted the same thing. Then you say laws are laws meanwhile you break them as well.
Your hypocrisy has been exposed....thank you for playing.
I was new to canada at the time, and it was my first bike. Forgive me for asking questions.
First off name calling is against the rules of this forum...
Second we can chose whether we want to follow a law or not, and with that come consequences.
Im taxed to death on a daily basis and would rather spend the 1300 elsewhere, instead of giving it to politicians who will piss it away on another scandal costing us a cool billion plus.
But hey if you're for giving the government so much of your money next time put down 2,3 or maybe 4 times the purchase price you paid for your bike and give them more cash..
BTW Uganda just passed a hell of a law, but i guess a law is a law and people deserve life in prison...
