Stick with the black one. The blue one feels flimsy with the riser.
Ill stick the blue one in the trailer for the track next year ..

Not bad, I grabbed the bottom cabinet to match my top for $99 on Saturday. I also bought yet another set of wrenches just for good measure.

I already have a nice top box I wouldn't mind using in place of the cheap stanley one.

I was under impression they are the same, just different colour?

Will probably roll by Walmart, pick up one. Can't beat that price even if it's a bit small and flimsy. My tools are always all over the place.

Sometimes, just because it's cheap, doesn't mean worth having. I guess if you don't move it much and are gentle with it...

Picked one up this morning, flimsy or not, it's not going to roll around much anyways, but for storage and having the tools in one place, one cannot beat the price....one is going in the garage, might pick up a second one, and put it in the basement, laundry room to store the house tools....

They are pretty flimsy but great for $60, **** the ratchet set is probably worth that alone...

I have the black one without the riser. FYI, you can use it for whatever you want, not just tools. Eg. My wife uses it to store her dog grooming equipment. I got the black one for $60 without the tools or the riser from Home Depot and thought I got a great deal, but this is even better!

with the blue one, the riser portion attaches between the upper and lower boxes.

I think if it had enough weight in the top boxes, it would collapse.

If you want pro quality you gotta pay pro prices.

I don't need pro quality, just don't want something that will start falling apart if I drag it onto the driveway a couple of times - not for 1000 bucks, 60 bucks, nor free. If I needed a ratchet set then sure, I'd go for it anyhow. For a stationary storage solution it may also may sense.
