This is the best quality stream I've seen so far!! And I apologize for the audio, this is the first time it's been broadcast in 5.1 surround sound, and I messed up the channel mapping to record the live event into stereo, so the center channel (voices) are on your left speaker, and the ambient sounds are on your right, and the volume is slightly lower then I would like it. I'll practice some more on FP2, FP3, FP4, Q1, Q2 and Warmup to make sure I get it dialed in 100% for the race!

Next year I'm going to pay for a subscription so I can watch all the Free practice and Qualifying.

I hope they bring out a one time price again.
The monthly prices seem out of whack. €24.95/month? That's like $420CDN/year... or $280CDN if you only subscribe April-November...
I also remember paying about €99 for a seasons pass a couple of years ago.
Maybe the annual passes are only available pre-season, and as the race season progresses, they adjust the video pass offerings to reflect the remainder?

i do agree that it's a great service, especially because they have live, on-demand, onboard, different view capabilities. they should give these for free to people who're already paying for cable subscriptions to Rogers, TimeWarner, etc.
but it's way overpriced imo, unless you're a crazy enthusiast I can't imagine paying $50/mth for a motoGP videopass. It's almost as expensive as my monthly internet connection; also costs more than my cable subscription.
Although i don't condone it, there are other ways to get the network aired content. the alternatives unfortunately, force you to wait hours/days after the event. Some people in europe/usa also have big-ugly-dish capturing capabilities so we can get video bitrates of ~22mbps H264 1080i.
Is it possible to share subscriptions? I'd be open to pitch some money to do that.

why did you put the event into stereo? why not keep it in 5.1 surround? don't most players have downmixing capabilities?
When I tried to capture the 5.1 with fraps all it recorded was white noise/static
When I set my sound card in 2 channel it recorded fine but I had to assign a single channel to a single speaker. I've now got it working so voices are split across both speakers and the ambient sounds retain there stereo.Will do

FP3 should be up around 5:30am, then from 9am to 10am will be FP4, Q1 and Q2. Due to my schedule this weekend I might not be able to get Q1 and Q2 up super quick.

If you make an account, you can go to your account settings and enable multiple download streams to max out your internet connection. When I set it to 6 streams I get 8mb/sec so it downloads pretty quick*snaps finger* doesn't look like a COD helmet
my download speed maxes out at 500kb/s using mega, anyone else have similar speeds?
I got tired of the random username generator, so asked my facebook friends to pick the next one for me. I've gotten lots of PM's with big laughs. One guy working a night shift tonight got his boss mad because he was laughing so hard for 5 mins straight

Next up is Moto3 qualifying at 6:35am but I doubt I'll be able to get it encoding and/or uploaded before all the MotoGP FP4 (7:30) and Q1(8:10)/Q2(8:35) is up (I get slight stutter while recording if I'm encoding at the same time).
