Motogp 2013

I love the response from Pedrosa:

"The Jerez action was a great show, and Silverstone, and Laguna when he passed Valentino outside of the track was a great show, so I think they should encourage that type of action to make an example to the young riders…I think they are wrong (about the one penalty point). They have too many penalties. They should have given him one more point in the championship!"

That was Lorenzo response.

Lorenzo added a touch of irony to proceedings with his view on Marquez’s penalty point: “The Jerez action was a great show, and Silverstone, and Laguna when he passed Valentino outside of the track was a great show, so I think they should encourage that type of action to make an example to the young riders…I think they are wrong (about the one penalty point). 2015- prediction, three bikes in Yamaha with Dani on the third. If and when he loses his spot at HRC.

Even Ben Spies says that watching MotoGp is boring. Marques is bringing some excitment.

Funny thing is that Pedrosa said that Marques was riding outside the limit! however if you see the video, Pedrosa pussyed out and applied the brakes way to hard causing Marques to go off line.

Pedrosa 7 years with the best bike and no Championships
Marques 1 year with the best bike and probably the next world Champion, it's like the kid has to ride around all these bunch of premadonas.

Yeah now is the time to push his limit, when he's basically out of the championship. Too late for DP to show MM what he has.

MM is the future!!!

I think the whole thing is a gong show. Let them race.

:occasion5:

Gigi is awesome. I really hope he can do something for ducati like he did for the small Aprilia. I love Aprilia I just hope they don't go downhill now without Gigi.

There are already rumours swirling of Aprillia not supporting the ART in MotoGP next season.

Aspar already said if Gigi went to Ducati they would not support Aprilia and look at the Honda production racer or consider a Ducati sattelite bike because of his long relationship with Daligna.

"I want to improve my team on and achieve success," Martinez said to Italian media. "From the economic point of view, we could remain like this season, but when Gigi leaves Aprilia, then I will no longer cooperate with ART because I've known Dall'Igna since 1995, and he would go, although he guaranteed the development of the (Aprilia) RSV4."So if Dall'Igna heads to Ducati, Martinez has suggested that he again will take a very strong look at the production Honda bike he was considering earlier this year. Martinez also said his long friendship with Dall'Igna could cause Aspar to evaluate the competitiveness of a Ducati customer bike, too.

We lost another rider not so dissimilar to Marquez two years ago this weekend. Remember the great 58.

sarcasm from Lorenzo?

Just finished watching the practices and qualifications, my three favorites up in the first row :) Feeling bad for the rider who crashed in FP4... The race is shaping up to be quite interesting tomorrow (this morning)!

What an epic first 10 laps!!! After that it settled out.

Not a 'morning' person that's for sure but for MotoGP I become one LOL

Congrats to the podium winners!

Great little tribute to #58 from #46 :)

Phillip Island will be an interesting one for sure.

Now back to sleep....

First 10 laps were definitely the most exciting to watch. I think Marquez could've pushed it to P1 but in the post-BBC interview he said that he tuned it down after he passed Lorenzo. Marquez, "in the end it was too much risk to try and catch dani"

Fantastic effort from Pedrosa, even after that high-side he came back to win it. Lorenzo has all but thrown in the white towel. Lorenzo, "it's very difficult, today they were much much faster... this year it's impossible".

Or all 3 crash together and are out till the end of the championship

I have some time to spare, thinking about watching all qualifications and races of either Moto2 or Moto3 from this season (before video pass expires on Nov 11). For those who watched both, which one of the two series is more exciting? Pls, no spoilers.

Moto2 is the best series going. Moto3 is good too but generally not much happens until the final few laps.
