Anyone have any experience with them? I know they are fairly new in the canadian market so was just wondering how they are? I got a comparable quote compared with my Primmum and the bike ins is actually cheaper with Allstate.
I'm with allstate. Not easy to get in. You have to have good record, plus have my car with them. I used to be with StateFarm for 9yrs & they were increasing my premium.
There are a few threads talking about this already
Have heard of them beating SF's numbers with stand alone policies on SS, But you have to be over 30 and have your full G.
I posted in another thread.
They will no longer do stand alone SS. That was a pilot project and those who got in were lucky.
I can get in right now... I am on the doorstep just have to pull the trigger. Mind you.. I am 35 with full licenses and will be bringing my home and cars over.
Allstate saved me $600/yr on my bike. Primmum - $1500/yr. Allstate - $900 / yr. 2013 Hayabusa.
Allstate saved me 50% on my house ins.
SF wanted $2400/yr for my F150. Allstate - $1000.
SF wanted $2700/yr for my Accord. Allstate. $1400.
Allstate - 2014 Corvette - less $$$$$ than the F150.
By being claims free, the deductible goes down $100/yr. In four more yrs, barring any claims, I will have NO deductible.
Thats actually really good! My R1 will be $970 per year with allstate but i also have 2 minors so maybe thats why mine is more then you.
I have 1 minor, coming off in Jan (if I can stay invisible). I was told that one stupid 15kph over ticket is costing me about $75/yr, per vehicle.
Who is you're agent if you dont mind me asking?

You might want to read your policy. It seems on here it's always about cheaper. TD was cheaper until the rain in Toronto a few months ago when all the people with flooded houses realized their TD policy only had a 15,000 limit for sewer back up. Saving money is great. But coverage is way more important. Do your research and ask for a coverage comparison.
