Well, let me know later if you develop some unbearable and deadly itch to ride on Friday, but the stars failed to align properly for your new bike to get ready. I can't let you die from that itch, or who will analyze and criticize my riding methods so honestly and well after that!!! ;)

That bike will be awesome. It was quite humbling to be turning into turn 8 at Mosport and have Dave blow by me on the outside like I was standing still.

How are the Fridays run? Without a brake guard or shark fin would I be allowed to ride in the racer group? When I did the SOAR practice weekend last year I had to ride with the "track day" group and it was pretty sketchy since there were quite a few very green riders.
 
Hm. How many non-racers usually show up? How many of those are "slow" or new?

You would be riding with some of the formula femme girls but I wouldn't call them slow at all, I would say 99 percent of the people on Friday are racers, also the noobs from Racer 5 run on their own group.

You will not see the shenanigans of a green or yellow group at a track day, that is for sure.
 
Huh, that sounds good to me! Maybe I'll have to do some Fridays next year.
