When travelling at speed of light what happens when you turn on the headlights?

Cant tell if serious or trolling.

You are over analyzing, that's the problem. Lose the quest for all the technical mumbo jumo, and just ride. When you approach a turn a bit fast, and you are mentally rewinding youtube video's and recalling vector diagrams of force and rotational mass, *WHAM* you're in the bushes.

I can't give you any better advice than practice riding until you don't have to think about turning. You won't always have time to think about it. Your keyboard isn't the only source of knowledge. I'm not anti-internet, I make a good living working with it, but your handlebars will teach you more.

ding ding ding, we have a winner :D, I know who I can trust on the forum now lol

Who you can trust is yourself, you post a million stupid threads about all the most basic stuff you would learn on your own if you would simply put your keyboard down and go out and ride.

It's nice today, do your self a favor and point in a direction and go there. dont use maps or youtube or any other retarded cheats, use your head and try to figure out something on your own, you'll be amazed at your potential.

Wow, what a thread. The OP seems cerebral which is not a bad thing but in the case of riding a bike it could be destructive as he is "over thinking". Please get Keith Code's twist of the wrist. It is all explained in the DVD. Ride safe everyone.

Sorry mate you were thinking too hard yourself and didn't seem to understand the question

Don't worry man, we are the idiots because we don't explain vectors well and we are trying to make the kid a safer rider.. ****ing youtube generation, if they got their ***** off instagram and the self pictures and the constant ego jerking they would go out and learn about life by doing and not watching

But he still doesn't understand that we all get his question, but don't give a **** about answering it because it isn't relevant. Learn how to walk then maybe learn about vectors

Still struggling I can see...

The riders arms aren't the only things applying force to the wheel. So even though the wheel is turned to the right the rider could be pushing in the other direction a bit to maintain the lean.

Also at 4:55 you can see the wheel turning in the opposite direction first to start the lean.

You're pushing to lean, not to turn. The lean then makes the bike turn. You apply pressure as needed to maintain the lean. It doesn't mean the wheel is in the opposite direction throughout the turn.

Like others said let your body figure it out and then observe and analyze what you're already doing instinctively.

+1....try it out youngrider....I'm doing this myself and it works!

Listen kid, wish you well. Hope you don''t become another statistic out there, I see many of you every year. Good luck

Someday after you get some experience and riding time you will understand what really happened in this thread and you will feel like a jackass, until then keep on going.

Watch Keith Code's "Twist of the Wrist II" and you'll see a graphic demonstrations of how bikes turn by push steering vs leaning or anything else people think they do to turn a bike at speeds above 15 - 20km. Push left, go left. Push right, go right.

Lol, you're talking to a seasoned rider who knows what hes talking about but rejecting every attempt to help you. Just from being oblivious to the amount of people actually trying to help you, you may very well be a statistic soon enough which is why he's wishing you well especially from your previous statement of "I think I'm going to die riding" a week ago.

You requested a scientific explanation of what happens while push steering and Brian P gave you that explanation but you pretty much ignored it.

Op Why ask a question you don't want an answer to? Keep it simple stupid, push on left bar go left. Push on right bar go right.

^ Good find with that diagram.

Now, with that diagram in front of you, go back and read several posts in this thread that explain (correctly) what is happening here. That diagram is completely consistent with the correct explanations of what happens.
