300 k today and it was 24 at Terra Nova. Nice look up around Hockley and some of the side roads. Snoozing in the sun at the Forks.
First time I've been to the Hockley General Store - not a bad kick back place either.
Not much in pics and too lazy to get the camera out. :D
Get out there.....

We get it, you have lots of time to ride, enjoy it, don't worry about what everybody else is doing. some of us have to work. ****.

I work everyday :D
It's how you arrange your life guys. But you are allowed to be jealous - I'm sitting here at the Forks with several riders and none of them including me are retired. Just sayin'

I'd be bored without a business to run.
And now the evenings are nice as well.

Went to ride in to work today and decided that commuting is just no fun lol...taking her out in 25 short minutes :3

Hey MacDoc ... good for you. We met you at The Forks not long ago. It's great having your own business and being able to re-arrange stuff to get out riding during the day. Couldn't do it today though ... envy, envy envy

Today was the first time in 2 weeks that I drove my car into office. Expected rain and I gotta be here till 10ish at night.

Thanks - guy I rode with has his own IT contracting as well - he doesn't have quite the flex I do.
Look it's a trade off. If I want ( and did ) hustle with the kids in private school etc and I didn't ride at all for years.
When kid made noises about a bike then we both got into it and now he has SV650 he bought on his own and dad's wallet is closed

Now I'd rather have the time than a few extra dollars chasing a big house and flash car or some such.

I'm just shocked at how nice it is this time of year.

I like the Forks crowd. There were a couple riders today and one had done the Himalayas for 9 days on 350 Royal Enfields!!!!! Cool tale.
I put him on to GTAM

Swap ideas etc.
Problem with working from home is very little socializing so getting out riding and chatting is good for that and I've made a couple of accidental sales - one a good size and even today one rider knew one of my clients and is sending someone my way for a Mac.

Number of my clients are riders as well so it's good marketing and they live vicariously as they can't get out as freely :D

I dodged a few rain drops on the way down and did some shopping - cheap chicken at Longo's
- good day on two wheels cept for the ditz in the parking lot. Mellow enough to ignore....mostly ;)
Not sure about tomorrow.....:( weather may not cooperate.

Heh stuck on a number - 3 rides - different start times, routes, speeds....320 320 316 still 1,000 km week and more to come I'll take that for early may.

I was out for 6 hours. The joys of working midnights all the time. Up near Alliston, Shelburne, Hockley, Bolton for dq, then the indirect way home

Over 2500 kms and my bike is 2 weeks old.
