Kinda sucks according to snowcitys website they will not have the R1 for demo 
But there are now some Ontario Yamaha Demo Tour dates for Ontario available for May!

To anyone interested in the kawi demos, Snow City has a 2013 636 and a 2013 ninja 300 available for test rides every Thursday starting May 9th until May 30th between 10am and 4pm. Just give them a call and they can arrange a day and time. Just thought I would share the news

Sweet -- Now I just need to see when Suzuki's dates are this year and if they'll let me take out the 600 with only M2. I guess with Kawi I'll book the 300 at either Kahuna or Snow City and the 636 at the other.
As for Honda, I've contacted Clarington and they seemed ok with the fact I don't have full M (for the CBR600RR), but I guess I'll see when I get there. Also for reference, a lot of the Honda demo days seem to let you book in advance this year, so that's what I did with Clarington for the CBR600RR and CBR500F (the CBR500R was already booked solid unless there is a cancellation).

In 2012 there were the following Suzuki demo days. I believe the ones below were all in June, last year, if my memory serves me correctly.
A Suzuki Demo Day hosted by Motorcycle Mojo ( http://www.motorcyclemojo.com ),
a Suzuki Demo Day at Ready Powersports in Mississauga,
a Suzuki Demo Day at Bob's Motorsport in Chatham,
and one at St. Onge in Barrie, and maybe a couple others I cannot remember.

so, you need a full M licence for this? or will an m1 or m2 be accepted?
^ Each demo day/tour has it's own rules and regulations. Generally, most require M2 and up to ride, however some require full M license for all or some of the bikes (ie: larger displacement, SS). Always best to check the official site of the demo ride/tour or call to confirm the requirements.
Also note, some demo tours/days provide insurance for the bikes, however many do not. For most, if not all, demo tours/days you will be required to sign a waiver before riding any bikes.
