I would understand why.
Alcohol=depressant (in most cases)
Caffeine=stimulant

Its almost as running a mile then jumping in a cold lake. Must be a shock to the body

Actually, I could find it in a lot of small independently-run convenience stores downtownish. e.g. The convenience closest to the island airport, under a condo building.
