Anyone heard of chain drain or know where to get one?

Kerosene & a spray bottle is a fraction of the cost.
There's also Tirox, which includes an 'all around' brush which will last quite a long time:

I'm not after the spray product. I'm after that contraption that blocks **** from getting all over the floor and your wheel lol

Oh, ok.......
I use an old piece of **** carpet with rubberback, so nothing leaks through, and it's butchered to fit under my bike (I even brought it when I moved). As for the wheel, cardboard is your friend. It's as cheap as, cardboard.

Yeah I've been meaning to get around to cutting an L shaped cardboard. Just saw this thing and was wondering if it was available locally. $60 including shipping is kinda steep <_<

Or stop using chain lube or chain wax that flies all over the place."Dupont teflon multi use" available at Lowes.

Didn't the formula change for this product?

Ugh so many people talk about this. Yes they changed the formula but then they introduced a product specifically for chains. It's called "Dupont Teflon Chain-Saver" and it says "Formulated for chains & cables ... ideal for ATV, go-kart, dirt bike, motorcycle and industrial chains." I think it costs a couple dollars more, but if you're concerned about $3 you've got bigger problems.

No I'm not concerned with it lol

But thanks for educating, I'll look into it.

EDIT: Where do you buy this stuff anyway? Lowe's as well?
EDITEDIT: Checked Lowe's website, doesn't show up. Googled after...seems hard to find. Guess I'll call up some stores later in the week.

Lowe's carries it, I went into my closest Lowe's and it was there, I'm sure they all stock it.

How are you supposed to clean the other side of the chain with that contraption in place?

I was going to use that thing with Tirox's uber brush. The contraption is just useful when spraying cleaning products on as most of us have been using cardboard or carpet.

wtf it's only 6 bux? WHAT THE HELL HAVE I BEEN BUYING?!?!?! Every can of chain lube has been costing me double!

EDIT:

You sure this is the same thing though?

Just reading that.

I'm in the same camp as Wingboy. I bought a lifetime supply when I first heard of the stuff.
At least Dupont put out a warning / alternative.
I've seen the chain saver at the Lowe's in Hamilton, but that was a couple yrs ago. Don't know if they still sell it, but I don't see why they wouldn't.

I have few unused cans of BelRay (and other brands) chain lube - going cheap to the 1st in line.

I think I've seen some at GP Bikes but I can't recall...

And knowing GP Bikes, the price will be 2x-3x -_-
