Yes, that was me. I remember our conversation. Nice to see you're on GTAM. I got the bike for a song as an insurance writeoff and restored it to what you see in the picture.
 
Yes, it is mine; can tell from the Flyhammer rearsets. Lots of fun riding that beast and the fairing really performs for its small size.

So much more tasteful than the latest V7R with the chrome paint and the silly #7 number panels. Is the fairing an MG piece? What about the seat?

And yes, you are correct, I photographed it at PA.
 
1947 here - back to bikes in '03 with a 1200 sporty; then went to a Road Glide, have had a 1000c.c. VStrom for 2 years, it is great, can do gravel easily, Harley does not. I would be looking at a shaft drive if I were changing bikes. Good luck on whatever is your choice.
