Last I checked, it wasn't the victim's burden to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.
 
What if it was the neighbor and just blaming bikers? Or did the bikers actually exist?? Hmmm....

Yeah no kidding. His accomplice had a facebook page and the house where they stored the stolen bikes was broadcast on the news. How hard would it be to find him and apply payback? People are all talk no action.

My buddy had 2 Yoshs stolen off his SV (apt building underground parking).
