On a side note: can't make it friday. Stupid toothache; Got a dentist appointment tomorrow morning so I figure I'll either be getting work done friday, or the following week. So either way, can't eat any solid food :mad:

Well y'know, I like my meat raw anyways...

Raw > Blue Rare > Rare > Medium Rare.
Anything cooked more than medium rare I tend to shy away from. Which is why i LOVE burgers in the states. At restaurant I can ask for my burger cooked rare, or blue rare, and they'll actually do it! Apparently some health issue law thing in Canada prevents them from doing it up here :(


Oh, the only exception to this is: chicken. Chicken has to be fully cooked nomatterwhat.
