My GF just picked up an 07 Gixxer 600 track bike and one of the spools/spool mounts is broken off. Here are some pics!

The spool mounts look pretty cheap/fragile to me, so I'm open to the idea of shaving the good one off and welding on new, more substantial spool mounts (will be running spool sliders) :)

Anyone know of a place? Anyone able to do it mobile i.e. come to my house? It's a track bike and I'll only have a trailer for one day (Saturday July 21st) so it's tricky for me to take it somewhere.

Jamie they are fragile and weak looking on every bike I have looked at. They are meant to break off in a crash. This is so they don't take a chunk of the swingarm with them. Do not have a welder weld one on "real good". Have him basically tack it on good enough so you can hold the bike up with it.
