At least I know you can at the college park one in Toronto. But you can also take your written test there.
I took mine to a Service Ontario when I had to pick up my M2.. just make sure they deal with driver & vehicle issues.. https://www.services.gov.on.ca/services/start.do?action=services

What does being busy and not being able to drive my friend to a DriveTest have to do with rethinking driving or riding?
I wanted to see if they could bring it to a closer (ServiceOntario) location than a DriveTest location.
Just mail it and you will have new license by next week.
It was prob one of the few that do both.
Because you are not listening. Aside from special situations it must go to a drivetest centre. The school would have said that. So you didnt really listen there and your not really listening here either.
Officially you need to take it to a Drive Test Centre OR Service Ontario College Park.... Take the envelope into the same place that you received your M1. If your friend cannot drive you, ask another friend. In your best interest you need to ensure that you are after day 60 of your M1 effective date (located on the top right of the green paper.) The envelope will stale date in six months from the date on the back of the envelope.
Do not open, bend or fold and just a reminder that carrying the envelope in your back pocket is NOT your M2![]()
I happen to be in Service Ontario at College Park and figured I would ask this question. Service Ontario at College Park (777 Bay Street) can issue the M2 and you need to bring your envelope as described by Doug. Also, they said coming at 8am in the ideal time to eliminate waiting.
