So, let's say John Doe has a bike that is not rideable and needs extensive repairs, but he's too cheap to get a trailer or call the towing company to take the bike to the shop. Instead, he just walks the bike to the next block and calls CAA? Or even worse---makes a CAA towing request at his house's address.The reason I though of this is because a few years ago I had an old Altima, and it died 4 houses down from my home on the same street I live. I didn't have CAA at the time, and I called a towing company, paid and got the vehicle transported to Sears repairs shop, which is about 10 km away. I wonder how this would have worked out with CAA..
