Ugh Can't Decide Which Used 600 SS

I'm selling my f4i in the BST section of this forum, it is an '06 with the banana seat but it does come with the rear solo cowl.

Not to offend anyone that owns a F4i but that is an ugly bike. If u wanna stick with Honda the 06 rr is pretty sweet. But I would recommend the r6s 06-09 of course I'm being biased but if u enjoyed ur earlier r6 u will definitely like these.

R6 is a good looking bike, but the power delivery sucks. The other 600s have a fatter torque curve where it really counts (the midrange). You really gotta rev the crap out of an R6 to get it moving... and to me that's pointless in a street bike.

05-06 Kawi 636...I mean honestly...its easily best bike in its class and budget.

Not in the classifieds, but it's an '02 Yellow/Black with a hindle pipe and HID. 25000km

If you're interested in taking a look, I'm sure we can work a deal out.

Thanks but really just trying to figure out what bike I should be looking for in the next few months.

F4i is a great bike... but it's now 2011, in case everyone forgot. ;)

Agreed...I feel they are a little outdated as well.

for $6000 you should be looking at something in the 2006-2007 range.

Agreed but that is just my budget not necessarily what I may end up spending.

This bike belongs to a friend of mine. I know it well and it is in very good condition.

When it comes to appearance it's very low on my list of wants. Personally I always felt with my previous R6 I had to be attentive at all times. It was definitely not very forgiving if you made a mistake. However that is what made it fun to ride.

I'm really starting to lean this way.

On another note I am really happy this thread hasn't turned into a pissing match there are definitely some great posts here. Thanks Again to everyone.

Your problem is the best possible one to have. Get the cheapest one you like.

As far as the 636 goes, I liked the 99 F4 WAY more than the Kawi.

I'd be looking in the 2003 - 2005 1000cc range of bikes. They're generally a little more relaxed than a 600 and the power delivery would be better suited for a long commute or weekend trip. Also better for 2-up with the added power. I like the idea of a 954. Or if you're stuck on a 600, maybe look into a GSX-R 750 for a bike the same size with more grunt.

I agree with this guy ^

You've already had 2 600s and a 750, why keep riding the same crap? Go for something new and exciting.
