Bad riders ruining it for the rest of us

The other day I was out riding with a buddy...I'm waiting to make a left on Eglinton Ave from Creditview Rd.

2 riders go screaming through the intersection (in the same direction I was to be heading) In probably the lowest gear and the highest RPMs possible. They were going pretty fast and their bikes were incredibly loud.

Our light turns green we make the left, and of course 2 lights later the guy riding behind me gets pulled over. I double back so the Officer doesn't think I'm running on him.

Thankfully the officer was really cool and after a closeup look of us and the bikes he apologies and admits he stopped the 2 wrong bikers....as he was looking for the 2 numpties that went flying by him earlier.

I'm all for going fast....but atleast put it in 6th guys....c'mon! The one guy sounded like he was bouncing it off the limiter!

No wonder we have such a bad image.

2 twats were ripping up Yonge St. near Wellington on Canada Day, pulling in the clutch and bouncing off the limiter. A scrote on a Yellow R1 and another idjit on a white 'Busa. I hope somebody drop kicks you off your bikes. Nobody was impressed with you wankers, especially the kiddies cupping their ears.

Yea! I totally don't get that riding in the lowest gear at the highest RPM.. it sounds awesome, and the acceleration you get is great but man, the vibration in my hands totally kill it for me.. though the new 719 Pro Grips are freaking awesome for that!

i'm the complete opposite...i ride in the highest gear in the lowest rpm just so that i don't disturb my neighborhood...especially when i go home at night when everyone's sound asleep...

In contrast to those purile wanks who can't get laid, there was a 1098 with Termi's just idling down the street and a Monster Edition ZX6R who kept it down. Kudo's to these guys who still looked way cool without blasting everyone's eardrums.

Well you should find those guys and coach them how to be better.
