Here is a strange one

I have someone that is interested in buying my daughters ninja 250 from the United Kingdom. He is willing to pay by pay pal . Take care of all shipping and costs . Pay what I am asking for it.
Now this seems a bit strange to me . Can they not get a bike like that over there ?
Also what would they have to do to get it out of Canada and over there. Also what about ownership transfer & getting it on the road back home . Does anyone know how much work would be involved or what the best way to handle something like this ?
