I am reserving my judgement until I can watch the video your ad suggests a prospective buyer watch.

I don't see it.

I'm guessing the reason that he's dissatisfied is because the original Arai visor costs about 70$, why should he pay the same amount for a knock-off?... On the other hand, how come he didn't notice before the transaction was completed? I don't think you're at fault, buyer beware, always.

Need member input regarding the sale for the following post . . .

ead the add and my reply and let me know what you think in this thread. Thanks guys.

You mislead the guy plain and simple. Nowhere does it say that its a knock off...

Your reputation means nothing when you do something like this. It was sneaky plain and simple. I have bought items from people like you on gtam before and because of people like you i no longer really buy parts on here...

Original cost $90 + from kahuna anyways . . . Plus I let him have it for $60.

Yea dood, I would be a little upset if I found out I paid the price for an OEM item but got a knock off.

You are right, you made no mention of the item being original but if someone just neglects to state the facts, is that better than lying?

You did not know the visors were not authentic? Where did u purchase them? Ebay?

Ad said FOR Arai not saying it was Arai. Not a lie. Buyer beware. Cheap lesson for the buyer. People don't read.

An honest seller will disclose his item may not be what the buyer expects. Not mentioning the item is not an original manufacturer item isn't honest. I don't believe you not mentioning the visor is a knockoff was just an oversight. I believe you didn't mention it hoping it would increase your chances of selling the visor. Now it's backfired and you want our support but you're not getting any.

Did I mention it was an original Arai ? To be honest I didn't even know there was a difference . . . At the same time he had the time to inspect the visor prior to completing the transaction.

Well now you know it was a knock off yet you still refuse to refund his money, kinda makes your excuse a lil weak...

Dont stress, you still have a good reputation amongst your friends. Everyone else who reads this thread on the other hand would agree that you are not exactly an honest person to deal with...

You bought it so you knew it wasn't a real Arai. Now you're just passing the buck and blowing smoke.
