Just want to confirm the process:

Get the vehicle/bike
Get temp plate in QB
Pay GST
Call insurance to confirm coverage
Drive back to Ontario
Pay PST + final registration (safety etc)

Am I missing anything? Thanks

Make sure the bike isn't branded, if it is you just bought yourself a trackbike cause you can put it on the road in Ontario

Ask for the vin before you take the trip up and purchase the UVP and it will tell all.

My 2 cents is that you shouldn't have to pay any taxes in Quebec as you live in Ontario and will ultimately be registering it in Ontario. Perhaps you can get a temporary permit in Ontario before you head to Quebec?

Well looks like im screwed.

Can only get out to Quebec on a Sunday, and unless the seller lets me ride it back under his plate and insurance I have no idea how we are going to do this. Only other option is him mailing me all the signed documents and I register it here before I even head out there
