A TFSA permits tax-free growth of savings and investments, but the value of the savings and investments in it is still considered a reportable asset when it comes to means tests. Did you report the value of your TFSA on your OSAP application? If not, more fraud on your part.

I say you transfer the bike to your father and declare $1. Unless you "sold" it to him for more than that, then do what is "right".
What kind of bike to you own anyhow? because owning a vehicle will only really affect your OSAP if the book value is > than $5000.00. That was the general rule wen I was in school back in 2008.

i spent my osap on silver...have enough money to get through school comfortabley due to my grandmother leaving lots of money. will graduate school in the green and no debt. so did i use your tax payers money for my benefit?? yes yes i did and i thank you all. If a some what well off kid is using his money to buy a bike/invest in stocks is your worries then dear god. He could drink it all down like many other kids do

you say you invested in metals, and pulled out a while ago? ha. good for you, you missed out on a lot.
plus acti isnt' a divident paying stock, which means it volatile and unstable. plus their game releases do not traditionally affect their stock price very much. also, WoW is losing subscirbers fast, and investors avoid that like the plague.
