96hp all the time throughout the RPM range sounds very interesting. Battery life as always is what holds this stuff back. But for dedicated track use... sounds like fun.
But... what if they forgo batteries like Jaguar? They just made a sports car that uses the advantages of electricity (dial in as much torque as you have power pretty much) and melded it together with a gas engine producing electricity. This car has four electrics engines connected directly to the wheels, so crank HP will be tire HP and goes like stink.
