Anybody know where to buy children's motorcycle jackets in the GTA?

not sure of a specific place, but depending on the childs size, you could look at samll and xsmall womens jackets. Royal typically has a good selection and you can get some gender neutral jackets in Joe rocket

Suzuki2000 has the right idea. I bought my son a women's Technic jacket at Royal (sm or x-sm...don't remember) in black and white. You'd never guess it was a women's so it's just fine by him

No but they must be able to reach the pegs (common sense....I'd hope!). As to the age restriction, you are probably thinking of the ridiculous bill that was tabled in 2009 or 2010 and passed first reading only to die a well-deserved death
