Follow Along: 600rr to California

I did the twisties at night so no video. The local guys I was riding with booked it through there. It was quite scary to do it in darkness but it was fun!

Holy crap you did it an night. It was scary durring the day in a mini van!!!

They were taking me to Prescott after dinner which was where I stayed the night. I was okay for the most part because I was just following the lines of the leading biker. If I did it myself in the dark, I'd probably end up riding off the cliff

Jealous! For the love of baby jesus post more pics/vids please! I have 8hrs to kill at work and I'm really depending on you man.

This video gives me a giant boner, can't wait till I launch in 3 weeks! You're like a scout for me, given we have like 70% route overlap, especially through Cali and Colorado so far.

Will you keep us updated daily with photos, stories and videos like Wheelieboy does?

I am planning my trip and was curious.
How much have u spent so far?? If u don't mind me asking. PM me if u want

Thanks

I can't believe you took the CBR through Apache Trail. My parents live in Apache Junction and we make our way out to Tortilla Flats a few times a year so I know the area well.

I don't know what is your route, but if you follow I-80 into Utah, just east of Wendover there are the Boneville Salt Flats, the place where many world speed records have been set. Besides this, the feeling in the middle of the flats it's truly amazing, in every direction you look, just salt for miles, and at the horizon mountains. It's well worth a stop there, you can even get on the salt and try the top speed of your machine.

Have you seen the 2005 movie "The World Fastest Indian" with Anthony Hopkins?
