Everytime I take my gloves off I just use a small bit of the Aussie Conditioner and just wipe it on. [leave your gloves on and work it in like you were putting hand cream on, your hands] Works Awsome! And it is awsome for your gloves! It will probably double the life spand used regularly.
BUT,, if you are riding or using them real soon wait for a time when you have a few days in between. Or just use a smaller amount just so your gloves aren't too greasy.

I have a few of the Aussie left,, think it's around $14,, guess I should look on the web site,,,,,,,,,,,
I have used everything,,and as long as I can get it,, I won't use anything else.

FYI...I checked at Greenhawk (tach shop) in whitby. They don't have any of the Aussie conditioner but they do have other Fiebing's products so I am sure they could get it. Turns out the Girl that helped me out's father is a marshall out at Shannonville. Apparently he has retired from racing, and waves the flags to still be a part of it....can't recall his name though, she said he uses a product called Leather CPR. Ever used it?

I have used "everything",,,,probably go through a case of 12 in the shop/trackside a year of the Aussie Conditioner and twice that on the 4 way.
The Tach shops prefer and usually stock the products with the red tint.
The creams are usually good for fashion leather.

How many jackets can be done with a jar of the Aussie conditioner?

Does this stuff harden when dry (ie. potentially blocking perforation holes)?

Uhmm, well I've done the FAST school suits with it,Turn 2 School suits with it,,anybody at a National,Regional or track days I was at that crashed,, over the last 15 years+,,,,,never had a complaint,, You could probably do about 50 jackets,,maybe a couple more,,,dozen.

Got a can of some leather cleaner/protector at the motorcycle show in December. Seems like good stuff and Made in Italy too. Sure made all my stuff shiny :)

THe stuff is really hard to find. Some Tach shops have it but most of them use the stuff with a red tint.
I do have a few jars left and need to order some more. Had to order bulk just to get it for my own use. So I do have some if you can't find it.
Let me know if I can help,,

Tandy Leather has it on right now for $11.99 a jar if you're a member of the Tandy Leather Wholesale Club and you don't have to buy bulk

There was a booth at the motorcycle show just this weekend with a lady shining everyones boots.
She was using a special leather conditioner that seemed to do a good job of bringing out the shine.
One of my buddys bought a jar ,
I can,t remember the name of the product as I was,nt really paying attention.

Don't get a polish confused with conditioning,,,May make it look good, doesn't mean it's doing anything for conditioning though.

I picked some of the 4 way care at the Village Cobler - Bloor/Durie/Runymede shoemaker's shop. They didn't have the Aussie.

I also picked up some of Fiebing's Neatsfoot compound. Since I'm still breaking in my suit would this help or is it a bad idea?

I bought (and just used) a Weiman cleaner and polish from Can Tire tonight as my leathers got a little soaked in a storm today...seems OK but not sure about the conditioning properties (it says it conditions), it certainly cleans well though. My hands feel a little "moisturised" so I guess it does something.

Bumping an old thread...

Does anybody have any experience with 'leather honey' leather conditioner?
Any ideas where to get it locally?

I follow bic's lead on this, after getting my suit back from him it felting supper soft and better than new. Now I use the same stuff on all my leathers.

John repaired my suit after a getoff at Bogie a few years ago and it came back really nice with the Fiebings on it.I use it on everything now.And your gloves will last a lot longer.
As john said "don't put anything on your leathers that you wouldn't rub on your own skin".Great stuff.

I've used the Aussie conditioner but I've switched to Pecard Leather Dressing. It's not as greasy and slippery after application and doesn't have that lingering beeswax smell that I don't really like. I also find it absorbs better. There's a specific motorcycle line of conditioners but I use the regular product, it's cheaper and is available in a large tub. There's no Canadian distributor so you have to order online or on ebay.
