YZF Tail Conversion

Looking to change the tail of my 93 yzf750 I have a 99 r6 sub frame. I know I have to get it welded but what else needs to be done.

Re-word that...Are you looking to change the swing arm??? or the subframe? If it's the subframe you can probably just cut off some tabs and stick R6 plastics over the existing subframe.
