There is a mensch shortage in too many sectors of society.
 
Ottawa awards new contract to the same company that it is suing over damages to a coast guard ship.

I couldn't get the link to connect. Is that my error or the new regulations over social media vs the newspapers?

At that point it not personal , it’s one guys lawyers suing a well insured company . And there are only a limited number of companies that do work like shipbuilding and dry dock. Regular day in billion dollar business
