Here is one that belongs in the WTF category; the Screaming Heads on Mydlothian road near Burkes Falls. We were doing the Nipissing Trail and made plans to visit. He's got over 80 of these things in various sizes all over his property.

I love the southern US. Found this somewhere near Gainsville. If I am ever in need of an H1 Hummer, Armored personel car, or howitzer cannon, I know exactly where to go.
I have always been told you can find anything at the army surplus, but this is a little beyond what I expected

I'm too lazy to figure out how to post a pic but the ghost town of Centrailia PA is pretty strange. They abandoned it after setting a coal seam on fire underneath the town. The houses are gone but the roads, signs and a few steps going up to nonexistant houses was neat to see.
Also in the ghost town of Gay MI you can stop at the only bar in town (the aptly named Gay Bar of course). In the womens washroom is a small door labelled "peep hole to the mens room" What happens when they peek is kind of strange. I won't spoil the suprise. If you go check out the remains of the abandoned stamp mill, the tailings along the shore are visible from space!
