Hi. Im Mutt, a displaced Yank, living up in Thornhill....me & the Missus ride, I wrench. I started off w/ Brit machines, but when I moved to Arizona, I thought: Im gonna need a bigger bike! So I built a swingarm Harley shovelhead, now pushing 150K miles. Which aint to say it aint been apart a few times. She has a hotrod '91 FXR and a souped up '06 Road King for the long trips. Ive worked on friends older Japanese machines- I like the SOHC hondas, and XS 650's pretty good. I did a top end on a early H DOHC 750 for a friend a clubmate- the Spokesmen- and it had WAY too many parts, valves, chains, tensionrs and the like. Were not much into whats called "choppers" these days- bobbers and cafe racers, thats us.
