You received five convictions all at once?

Have you quoted with the Facility Association? They will write you, but it won't be cheap.

yes i got them all at once i was pulled over for about 6.5 hours 3 cops and an MTO officer it was a fun night ,I dont really know how to go about getting facility quote but im sure one of the companys i have called has given me one.

Care to share how you got yourself pulled over with 5 convictions for 6.5 hours??? This should make an interesting story!!! Seriously!

Sound like you just got all this ticket recently!!

Did you pay them all off already? Have you been convicted with all five yet?

If not, then all of the 5 tickets are not in your abstract yet. You might still be lucky and get one of your bike insured.

You need a better lawyer!!!

i got them all 2.5 years ago apparently they were on a "blitz" i was in my car long story short i got (speeding 16over reduced from 20 over talk about dick). A improper lane change(was to close to vehicle behind me), following to closely(was too close to the vehicle ahead of me),(operate unsafe vehicle) apparently my car needs powersteering had a manual rack im a mechanic but the MTO guy said its rack and pinion it needs power steering), and an improper muffler motorvehicle. i went to court tryed to fight it no lawyer stupid i know and they wouldnt reduce anything even with a mechanics safty saying that my steering rack was fine. basicly it was joke and they were trying to make and example of me . So after they pulled my plates it took 3 tow trucks to actually tow my car, because it wouldnt fit on a tow truck. i got pulled over about 12am got home around 6am, the cop and the mto left at 3am i sat on the side of bovaird right there it hits the 410 for 3 hours trying to get towed so i kind of screwed my self but kind of got screwed. It sucks but life goes on i just reeeaally want to ride again more than anything in the world.

If I had an insurance company, I'd insure you for $1000 a month. No theft coverage if you live in a condo though.

It's crazy that these companies don't want your money. With 5 tickets, they could charge you an arm and a leg.

I'm not speaking about the OP specifically, but even $1000/mo might not be enough to cover the expected claim of someone with a horrible record. You premium is not cash in the pocket of an insurance company . . . they are taking on significant risk, especially if you are a risky operator.

The OP can get insurance through Facility. What was the Facility quote?

this must of been before they came up with HTA 172. All those violations together = stunting these days.

Except that this sounds like a load of BS. The power steering ticket sounds fishy, unless the car was heavily modified. The other tickets are what a lot of other drivers get away with and never get caught. How is his claim going to be worse just because he's the unlucky one that did get caught?

Besides... A ticket for "improper muffler" is considered the same as a speeding ticket? Come on...

That's why my post began with my explanation that I wasn't speaking about the OP specifically. I was talking about people with horrible records in general, not the OP who seems to have been handed a bunch of frivolous convictions all at once.

Also, 1 more thing to add. You said you got the tickets 2.5 years ago and had taken it to court. This means that the tickets are taken off your record 3 years from the date of conviction. Not the date of being issues the tickets. So whenever you got convicted in court, it's 3 years from that date.

The car was heavaly modified it was turbocharged, piston and rod, crane cams, titanium valvesprings and retainers,BFMIC, full standalone, 3'' exhaust but wasnt loud had a cat and resignator with twinloop muffler, the car came with power steering from the factory but the same car of that year is also available with a manual rack i had the car converted to the manual rack so it was leagal.
