I visited the shop a couple weeks ago because I signed up for motorcycle courses and needed to purchase all the necessary gear. Melanie, one of the shop employees, was not only curteous but also very knowledgable about the products in the store and the different services she could offer me. Her patience and kindness was extremely appreciated. I was afraid that because I was 'new' to the biking scene I would get brushed off, but Melanie really treated me as a valued customer! Thank you so much Melanie! My brothers and I will be returning in the future for ALL our motorcycle needs! A+!!!
The sales department staff were also very welcoming and eager to answer any questions we had about the bikes. They were very kind and even called me a few days later with news of new bikes that had just arrived on the sales floor (ones I had discussed with them I was interested in). Would definitely recommend a visit to this dealership!
